AJM’s main focus is real estate investing from the Hamptons in Long Island to New York City and north to Sullivan County, all in the great state of New York. AJM manages an investment group. The investment group’s financial capability is used in pursuit of real estate projects. It’s founder became interested in Real Estate investing in 1989. The first project was a home renovation. Long Island provided excellent opportunity in building new homes for the residential market. Since that time, AJM has diversified into land development and currently Condominium development.
Although AJM was officially incorporated in 2003, the founder has been working with various contractors and land development professionals in the development of real property since 1989.
The Future of AJM:
AJM will continue to pursue investment opportunities in real estate and look to development of income properties that will provide monthly income and further the foundation of its portfolio for sustainable growth well into the future.
Founder’s Background:
Tony Murolo ’s background dates back over 20 years ago, starting as a young Accountant working in CPA firms. Attained a Master Degree in Management, and is certified in Financial Planning to round out his educational background. In addition to the higher education achievements, he attained his Real Estate Broker’s license.
Tony gravitated to the corporate world in the early 1980’s. Prior to leaving the corporate world behind, he worked eleven years as Chief Financial Officer of a textile company. He eventually separated himself from corporate life in 1999 and concentrated on managing the investor group and setting his sites on greater opportunities in real estate investing.
